The Brazilian youngster took to Instagram this evening confirming that he has put pen-to-paper on a deal to join Jose Mourinho's side.
Nathan's move from Atletico Paranaense to west London is believed to be worth around £4.5million, with the prodigy undergoing a medical earlier in the month.
Posting a picture of himself at Chelsea's Cobham training ground, Nathan said: "A dream is coming true! First of all I want to thank God for always lighting my way, my dad who always believed in my talent and was a real warrior while helping me to reach my goals, myfamily and friends who always supported me...
