It has been reported by Viitorul Constanta CEO that Chelsea have signed teenage defender Cristian Manea.
However it is still uncertain if this rumour is true as Chelsea has not confirmed or denied the report yet.
Manea is classed as a top player and can play as a defender or as a midfielder and would be a good signing for Chelsea if it turns out to be true.
It has been reported in the past few weeks that Manea was set to move to Chelsea for £2 Million but it has been said that before he would get a work permit to play with them at Stamford Bridge the defender may have to spend a year at Chelsea’s feed club Vitesse Arnhem.
